Absolutely. It happens in all walks of life. I see it in coaching alot. A team wins with something or there is a new piece of equipment or whatever and people go all into this new way. They they realise its only a 5% thing and revert back.
The Neutron diet was a great example of this.
Like them all, it was simply calorie reduction.
