Summer 2012 Transfer window thread

Looks like this will happen. Hope it works out well for both parties.

Should be confirmed sometime today. Inter also look like they will be signing Walter Gargano, they had been strongly linked with Nigel De Jong and Fernando of Porto but I assume this will end that interest. There was strong talk that they were going to sign Alvaro Pereira last week but that seems to have died down.

Have Napoli done much business Totti? Seem to have lost a couple of decent players - anyone on the way in for them?

Inisigne returns from loan - he will be Lavezzi’s direct replacement.
Pandev has signed on a permanent deal.
Behrami and Gamberini have joined from Fiorentina.

Bruno Uvini looks like he will soon join them before leaving for Siena on loan, possibly with Eduardo Vargas.

They’ll replace Gargano with a midfield signing, Gary Medel is the most prominent name so far. They’ve also been on the lookout for a left wing back the entire summer so I’d expect something there as well. They have quite a small squad and will definitely need three to four players in before the deadline if they want to cope with the rigours of Serie A and Europa League.

City have let Adebayor off to Spurs, 5M and still subsidising a large chunk of his 175k a week salary. Fuckin Spurs, I’ll say something for them folk, they know how to broker a bargain :shakefist:

Deal done.

Surprised Spurs let Dawson go to QPR…

He was born in Canada in 1981

And he is a cunt who thinks it is acceptable to wear a tie with a short sleeve shirt

Antonio Cassano wore a Cartman t-shirt as he met his Inter team-mates for the first time this morning.

You know the world is fucked when that despicable cunt can command wages of £175,000 Sterling a week. :frowning:

seriously are QPR going to offer a contract

Maybe, maybe not. Maybe fuck yourself.

Richard Dunne being linked with Stoke. Kevin Doyle being linked with Everton.

Dunne is injured so that would be a daft signing by Stoke. Would be great for Doyle if he could get the move to Everton sorted. He has had a tough time of late I believe off the pitch as well as on it.

Long linked with spurs aswell according to caul pollins this morning

Heard that Long story as well - he struggles to get his game at West Brom, no idea why Spurs would be interested in him.

Cover surely, they only have 2 strikers.
