Deal done apparently with Lukaku going to United, £75 Million + another £15 Million in add-ons. Rooney going to Everton for £10 Million. Should be announced tomorrow morning.

£10 Million does seem a lot for a player at his age and especially given his decline in recent years. It seems he had agreed to take a 50% pay cut. The remainder of his United contract would have been worth £15 million so perhaps this was a factor also.
Remains to be seen if he can rejuvenate himself at Everton. He’s still a global name in football so Everton will be hoping to cash in on the back of that I guess, merchandise etc
Seems Rooney is being valued at £10m as part of United’s offer, putting the total deal at £100m
