Go for it have to go on 4th down
Thats a 1st down
Balls.
The moment was too big
This will be a sickener to lose.
Ah lads
E man again
Id take the tie now
Wilson will get it done here.
And he does.
Great game, tough loss but we go again.
No shame in that loss
Should have ran the clock and taken the tie too short on offense to go for it.
Instant classic
What a game
Alright Sherman, get off the field ffs…
A game of inches. Looked a very poor spot on the third down before the missed field goal, looked to me like he made it on the second effort. Tough loss but still lead the division and conference.
Both teams have a rotten run of games before they meet again in the last week of the regular season, one will take the division and the other will get a wild card. Are the Niners Superbowl contenders? The defense absolutely puts them right up there it’s outstanding but the offense on passing is thread bare without Kittle and Sanders and if the latter is out more than 2 weeks they will be in trouble. On the positive side Jalen Hurd will be a boost as a Swiss army knife type player who Shannahan will get plenty out of and Deebo had his best game tonight one of the few who stepped up at WR. Greenlaw filled in more than admirably for Kwon and had a great interception.
A loss like that is hard to stomach but at least it wasn’t a play off game and they will learn plenty from it, Seattle have won nearly every game this year by the skin of their teeth some of it by pure luck but most by Wilsons brilliance in the melting pot, they have the tight game experience which San Fran will hopefully pick up.
Kyle got some big calls wrong tonight mainly putting the game on a rookie kicker for a long FG when going for it on 4th and inches should have been the call. Going for the win in a huge divisional game in OT with Seattle having no time outs left when a tie would have been the fairest result was also a mistake, your two primary pass play makers are not on the field, run the clock and avoid the defeat. Anyway i’m off for a well earned sleep, well done @Matty_Hislop see you in the Hawks nest next month for part 2!
What the hell has happened Pettis? He looked incredible down the stretch of his rookie year. It’s disappointing to see him regress so badly.
