Yes he is. You have about 10 -20 QBs who are in anyway half decent. The rest are all fairly shit. Theres room for another 40 or so and Kap could well find a spot if he wasnāt so intent on being a marty

Kap hasnāt even been involved in football for three years. At least the 2nd or 3rd string have been consistently involved in either NFL or College football since then. Plus, youād have to give him a heap of time to even adjust to the system heās playing in. Looking at the workout, all I saw was a few half-decent throws without any defenders.
