Super Bowl LV - The triumphant trail to Tampa (Part 1)

Iā€™m very disillusioned with Aaron Rodgers this morning. I strongly suspect that he had money on Adams to get multiple TDs. He was happy to hit Lazard and MVS downfield and they were both playing better than Adams but once he got into the redzone Adams was his only WR and he wonā€™t his Lazard even when heā€™s open. Then he goes and blames it on the coach. Very suspicious.

Iā€™m going to have to take action here.

Iā€™d stop thinking if I was you.

Is this your first year watching NFL? Rodgerā€™s, like Peyton Manning, is a regular season heroā€¦ He cant hack the pressure of the play offs. Heā€™ll hide behind the 4th down call, which was a ridiculous call, but itā€™s given him a nice out. He was given the ball three times from turnovers and did nothing with it - when it was put in his hands he shit the togs. Rodgers has unreal talent, but heā€™s lacking bollixā€¦

I think heā€™s on the take.

The 4th down call was stupid but he had already missed a lot of shots into the endzone already and the coach had realised that the only way they were ever going to score a TD was if Rodgers hit MVS from deep.

Greenbay had to make a TD with the 4th down, then make a 2 point conversion, then stop Brady, the greatest QB ever from scoring, then win the toss, then score in overtime. The game was already gone.

The silence from @Chucks_Nwoko is deafening.

Busy making a few withdrawals :smirk:

LaFleur stitched Aaron up good n propa.

Aaron couldnā€™t get it doneā€¦ Iā€™d say LaFleur saw enough yesterday, called the FG, took the loss and is onto Love.

The Tampa redzone D was astounding yesterday. Rodgers helped them at times and tbpfh the buck stops with him here. I donā€™t think he walks away.

Is he due on the pat McAfee show today?

Per the analytics GB had a 10% chance of winning if they went for it and a 9.5% chance of winning if they kicked the field goal. I would say what mostly influenced LeFleur is how well his defense was playing, the TD they conceded at the start of the second half was from a turnover, after that TB only scored a FG, and Brady was under a lot of pressure and threw 3 INTs. He also wasnā€™t to know that the officials would suddenly decide to start calling PI after not calling them all game. Rodgers was also poor enough in the second half, the throws on 2nd and 3rd down on that last drive were fairly panicky when he had the opportunity to run.

What ever about the other calls, you couldnā€™t not flag that.

Pierre Paul and Barret got round the edge, he couldnā€™t step left or right and Suh was causing carnage. The packers OL got fucking decimated. They couldnā€™t get the run game going and the buccs just went with all out pressure. They brought some intensity in the tackling too. They were ferocious.

The superbowl will be an absolute belter.

They let holding and contact fouls go all day.

There was nothing as blatant and obvious as that tho ffs.

That was the first big obvious tug on a jersey that I saw

Lot of lads looking for any excuse for Aaron.
