I wanted Caldwell kept. Say what you want about Coach Caldwell the team always played for him. His teams started terribly slow but always finished strong. The only problem with Caldwell was they couldn’t beat the better sides but they nearly always won the games they were expected to win.

He got as much out of the team as was there from a talent perspective. We have a defensive head coach who is overseeing a historically bad defence which completely undermines what is a competent offence. No pass rush, I’ll disciplined and can’t tackle. It is an embarrassment.
