Gruden left a top 3 team at time to go to No hopers Tampa and delivered Super Bowl. The Glazers are a fickle lot
Didnât Dungy have 5 winning seasons there before getting fired and Gruden came in the next year to win the Superbowl with what was in essence Dungyâs defensive scheme driving it.
