Absolutely. Wentz is so much better in this scheme

The Jets really are a joke

Moore. What a fucking FA pick up today in the Turds.

Go for 2

What is the point in the NY Jets? Just delete them and add a team from London?

OBJ getting released today apparently. He must be absolutely toxic.

Obviously I have him on my FFL roster

OBJ headed for waivers. Can any team just pick him up now and he has to go there or how does it work? Is the waiver order based on the teams win loss record at the moment or something else?

Same as fantasy waivers. Team with the worst record has first dibs. He will most likely clear waivers as if someone picks him up they have to honour his contract and find 7 million to pay him for the rest of the season, the Rams basically gave the Broncos two draft picks to keep paying Von Miller as they didnā€™t have the room to pay him - if he clears waivers then be free to talk to who he wants

Cleveland still have to pay him $8m for this year apparently. Could a team just pick him up on waivers and not lose any cap space because of this or would they need to take on that payment burden from Cleveland?

Thatā€™s what was being worked out between OBJ and the Browns before the release was official, Iā€™d imagine it depends on where heā€™s going

Ok, so this makes things more interesting. The Browns by converting the remaining salary for this year into a signing bonus would mean that they can spread that money over the next three years against the cap rather than he on the hook for 7 million this year.

Means that OBJ is now a very attractive waiver target as he will cost fuck all this season. Assume he will want a new deal wherever he lands as he has no more guarentees left on this contract

If he gets as far as the Saints, which is unlikely Iā€™d say theyā€™ll snap him up.

OBJ will want to go somewhere he is the WR1 and gets his targets. Iā€™d say he would rather be getting 1 targets in an average team than 4 targets a game on a contender

A return to the Giants would hardly happen would it?
