In fairness to Brock some of the offensive play calling from Texans has been pure scutter
I think that is as much do do with their lack of faith in Brock to move the ball. For a big man he has a fairly weak arm

Very disappointing to see the Raiders season end like this. Knew they relied on Carr a lot but never realised how much. Texans are gash and look like superstars tonight.
Raiders would be out of sight here with Carr. Great throw by Brock there, he’s been fairly efficient tonight
The Raiders seem to have accepted that they can do nothing without Carr. Texans will be hammered in next game like the hole opening they got from the Chiefs last year.

The Texans D is fairly stout and will always give them a chance. The reason they were hockeyed last year was due to Hoyer having a complete meltdown. If they can even get a solid return out of Osweiler and he doesn’t turn it over cheaply their defence will have them competive against any team.
