@Matty_Hislop, whats the story with the Seahawks defence in house fighting. Does it happen much in training ground too?
Just seems they have more blow outs on the sideline than any other team. Mostly, they get back to it and there is the usual embrace of the players after, but still, must be concerning.
I suppose 2 ways of looking at it, they are fired up and emotional and expect the best so are open with each other. The flip side being they are undisciplined and dont take instructions or criticism well.

Haven’t heard any reports of training ground bust ups, but Pete Carroll has a light touch towards them and encourages them to express themselves which can boil over sometimes when you have so many alpha males. It’s grand when you’re winning but embarrassing when you lose.
The Seahawks twitterati are saying Bennett took a cheap shot on that play he was injured and this is what has sparked this off.

They have played undrafted or low draft picks on purpose in that defense, they want players scrapping for places who were never rated or had to prove themselves, and not prima donnas. Works well usually but when they are outmatched as they are today the competitiveness can boil over. They modelled this approach from cody letting players timber each other in Kilkenny sessions attended by ten thousand people.

This Atlanta team are great to watch, have a number of gamechanging stars, look like a team that could go all the way but does anybody actually want them to win it?
