I think it’s good now linking it to the league though. Has made the league more important than it was and that importance will only build over the years if they stick with the current system.

That 2nd half of Wicklow Offaly was great entertainment, unfortunately missed the rest between cutting grass and Kerry Armagh.
Very enjoyable second half, some of the Offaly decision making down the stretch was desperate. Delighted for my adopted Wickla brethren.

Tailteann Cup doesn’t matter. Outside managers can’t have passion for their adopted county. Tailteann Cup couldn’t be taken realistically by lads who’ve played at the highest level.

Not one post on TFK today about the first semi-final which was televised live on RTÉ. Just a few posts about the second one when the game was coming to its closing stages. The post statistics don’t lie - there is no market for this competition.

A really BIG crowd.
A play-off between the Tapioca Pudding Cup winners and the Ladies All-Ireland champions would be a great promotional tool to grow the game.
Would attract serious interest.
