You’ll get a Telegram notification for every post in the thread.
@Copper_pipe can set up the TFKbot thing for you in Telegram. I can’t remember how to do that
You’ll also get a notification every time you’re tagged, get a reply or a PM. Am sure you can disable those somewhere but I never bothered
