Terence Wheelock, a 20 year old man from north inner city Dublin, died on the 16th September 2005 from injuries received in Garda custody. His family demand a Independent Public Enquiry into Terences death.

I saw lots of flowers tied to the railings at Store Street this morning so I assumed it was his anniversary or something. Could be for someone else though.
