So what? There was free speech in the states in the 60âs when the KKK were killing blacks. There is free speech in Australia right now where they are killing aboriginals.
Wake the fuck up you tool.
Bizarre, Kev. Nothing to do with anything that anybody is talking about. Including you seemingly.
Now Kevin you did say that they were pretty stupid for publishing cartoons and that having published cartoons an attack âwas bound to happenâ. I would suggest that in a reasonable society that kind of reaction is an overreaction.
Would an attack on Channel 4 have been bound to happen because the fundamentalist Catholics of Ireland were outraged by Father Ted?
They knew who they were aggravating. They had already been attacked. It was stupid. The people who did it are completely stupid, mindless, viscous, evil and ridiculously touchy.
However we all know that, hence the stupidity.
When you listen to the audio on that youtube clip you can quite clearly hear the cop shouting at the terrorists to stop being so touchy about everything. Thatâs the nub of the problem right there.
However this is probably the best example yet of people not reading what I am saying, making presumptions and not looking at my posts logically or fairly.
Itâs alright though, cos I enjoy seemingly smart people make themselves look dumb sometimes.

I think any statement that equates the âstupidityâ of the magazine journalists with âstupidityâ of the terrorists is just unbelievably ill-advised and wrong-headed. It may not be your direct intention but youâve used five adjectives to describe the terrorists - two of which are âstupidâ and âtouchyâ and youâve used one of those to describe those who were killed. Describing the attacks as inevitable, bound to happen, having decreased sympathy because of who the victims were, equating their stupidity to that of the terrorists (again, however ill-constructed your point was) is just preposterous.
There is nothing inevitable or justifiable or mitigating about killing those people. You appear to have absolutely no concept of satire - its intentions or what might reasonably be expected to be a reaction to satire.

Absolute bollix.
Not knowing your enemy or itâs capabilities or maybe then doing so and still antagonizing them is stupid.
Stupidity shouldnât lead to such violence generally, but I think everyone knows at this stage, it can.
You have completely missed what I was saying, and I ainât going back over it.

The same ideas about women as well. Keep em at home in the kitchen with the kids and theyâd better shut the fuck up or else theyâll get a couple of digs.
