Iā€™ve kinda fallen into a new hairstyle- tho I wouldnā€™t call it a style---- I was always genreally a short back and sides chap, little bit of fringe or quiff going on up topā€” but I havenā€™t cut my hair in over two months now and Iā€™ve a little bit of a mop , tho neatly gelled, going on. I really canā€™t decide whether I should cut it or keep it going. I have gotten some nice comments today which is encouraging me to keep itā€¦

@chewy louie, what do you reckon?
Let it grow and put it in a bun, pal.

If you run low on gel this will be the lookā€¦

Thatā€™s one of the blandest hair styles ever. I donā€™t have this manā€™s football skills so I need my looks to do my talking.

Fair point, you do need to be a confident guy to pull of a style such as the Zanetti. Its only for the select few who are confident guys. I, am a confident guy.

Iā€™d imagine @briantinnion would easily pull off the Zanetti look

+1

Think about the bun look pal, especially if you are dark haired and the use of hair spray can really bring out that lovely glean. Martin Caceres pulls off the look perfectly.

You also have the option of wearing it loose as well.

No, youā€™re not. You seem to full of self doubt and ultraconservative on here when it comes to expressing an independent view.

Thats what I would expect a person who isnā€™t a ā€œconfident guyā€ to say.

You are endorsing the type of haircut a Tory backbencher would sport.

You will not take Zanettiā€™s name in vein you cretinous cunt.

Great footballer but even his wife would agree that he is a giant square.

People still use gel?

How do you wear said mop. I have moved away from the fringe look in the last few months and now wear it somewhat slicked back/to the side

Iā€™m a dapper dan man

Matt clay and hair straigtheners are a must for the modern, fashion-conscious man.

Styled forward - both sides and top.

Itā€™s all that was there this morning, usually no.

I have noticed that hairstyles have jumped to a ā€œnewā€ one in the younger male generation - seems to be a lot of shaved sides and long on top slicked back derived from The Only Way is Essex TV show apparently. Often seen with skinny jeans and vans.

Looks ridiculous.

Gallagher going bald is the end of an era though for my generation. He always had the best hair.

The Hitler style side parting that inexplicably became popular again especially in London kept getting more extreme in the top/side length disparity until it became this abomination.
