Limiting posts to under 50 words would be a start. A cull is the other more unsavoury option.

Will look into options and see.

We need more storage space but we can’t really get any on the server we are on. So we can get block storage elsewhere (for a modest monthly fee) but need to migrate to a different virtual server first. But I’ll look at our best options.

Pruning is another option but that’s an awful lot of work.
