I think the decision was right. Ref missed it and linesman called it. But when ref told POM what happened he said the pen was for a deliberate knock on. When in fact the offence was Arnold knocked ball on in tackle and earls picked it up from in front which is pen.
So correct outcome but wrong offence called by ref.
