I dont know why folks are surprised that Sunderland are in trouble, sure this is the normal cycle for this club, get promoted, do well for a couple of seasons, get relegated, rinse and repeat.

Giroud’s touch has also been abysmal today. I don’t think he’s a bad player but he looks very cumbersome with his back to goal.
Near post header by Giroud on the break wraps things up for Arsenal. Good 3 points for them today as Crystal Palace put it up them and Szczesny came up with some massive saves at crucial stages.
