The Barclays Premier League™ 2013/14

AVB OUT?

Jesus Spurs are shit.

That was a very soft free out, if it was one of the centre halved it wouldn’t have been a free. Mignolet very lucky

Soldado barged him in the back when he was in possession of the ball. Nothing soft about it.

Think we need another goal. We are looking a bit dodgy at the back.

One, mate. Quality strike too.

Those of us who stood by Jordan Henderson and argued strongly that he’s a quality player are being thoroughly vindicated with each passing week. Canny signing by King Kenny.

An excellent first half display from Liverpool. Our energy and pressing has been excellent. We’re totally dominant in midfield and look like scoring every time we go forward. Tottenham’s players’ heads have really dropped and they’ve started making unforced errors. If we get one more we could give them a pasting but the game isn’t won yet - if they nick one they’re still not out of it.

Hopefully the second half fade-out we’ve seen in several matches this season doesn’t happen today.

Intensity from Liverpool has been impressive. Keep that up and it could be 2-6

Hopefully we kill this game off early in the second half. We don’t want to give spurs a glimmer of hope.

Sakho should have done.

This game should have been over in the first half with all missed chances. We should be giving these a hammering like city did.

Villas Boas will need Tottenham to at least win the second half here to have a chance of keeping his job.

We’ve played at a frantic pace so far and would be a bit much to expect the team to keep it up for the 90 minutes. The bench will need to be emptied.

Mignolet has looked a bit uncertain a couple of times today and that’s a slight worry.

Moussa Dembele is hideously overrated.

I thought that was a slightly harsh red card but it was a pathetic attempt at a tackle from a player whose attempts to tackle this season have generally been pathetic.

Alan Smith is some idiot. That was completely intentional by Paulinho and a deserved red card.

Cat got your tongue @chewy louie?

Luis takes it on his left when he should have hit it with the right - the opposite of what he did in the first half.

As has been mentioned in here already, Liverpool do look much slicker without Gerrard in midfield. Joe Allen has had a great game today.
