Was in Goodison today. McCarthy and Barkley the stand out players. McCarthy was fantastic. Hopefully he’ll kick on now an do it more consistently with Ireland. 1st time seeing Everton live this season and the difference from last season is remarkable. They look so comfortable on the ball and always have men looking for a pass. Their biggest worry would be lack of options on the right. Naismith lasted the whole game and was terrible. Has no positioning sense and was lucky a few time defensively as he was in no mans land. He’s an awful player.
