reports of a second bomb being found

@GeoffreyBoycott, where did Woolwich finish the season?

City walked 4th spot

Probably LVG.

2nd. 12 seasons for the Specialist in Failure now without delivering a league title. Terry Neill at 7 full seasons is the next closest to be indulged for so long at Woolwich without delivering a league title.

It must hurt even more then to go from being in the mix to winning a title to finishing behind the specialist in failure within a few weeks

As I said over on the Tottenham thread, the real hurt was three weeks ago the night of the dropped points to West Brom which ended title hopes. With European Cup group stage football all but secured at that stage, 2nd/3rd was all the one. Finishing 1st was all that mattered.

You didn’t have any title hopes, you mad man.

I’m assuming you’ll be campaigning that Spurs take no part in the European Cup so it can be left to league champions?

so Rafa read my post and started mitrovic who battered spurs, scored one and then got himself the line
cant understand why he didnt play him more, imagine Mitrovic starting against Ciaran Clarke at Villa last week, he’d of pummelled the cunt, he only got a cameo at the end and nearly had 2
Spurs lack of gumption really exposed, eden hazard mugged them off in that post game interview at Bourenmouth and the goal on the may bank holiday was tremendous in the way it sunk them to a man…
They’re at nothing Spurs

I’d rather they weren’t. The European Cup should just be the preserve of domestic champions. I don’t make the rules though.

Mitrovic is a thug

that they could have done with instead of playing random ligue une rejects

Randolph lets in another soft one. Luckily Given was on his game for Stoke.

You don’t know what you’re talking about. He started most of the games and was utter shit in most of them. Also none of the players who played instead of him are Ligue 1 rejects. There’s a reason Benitez started a completely shit Cisse ahead of him. He is also a massive liability and could get sent off at any moment

Delighted to give the big tenth like for that gem mate.

there’s a reason they were relegated also, starting utter muck is one
i use cisse as an example
its a relegation scrap, he scores goals, causes havoc and has a bit of gumption about him and the fans like him clearly,
thump high balls into a box and he’ll get on one, or are newcastle trying to justify relegation saying they played good football??
look at sunderland that day v norwich, sam getting in a scrap, cattermole clattering fellas and roaring at his charges, could you ever imagine a newcastle player or manager showing that level of courage, desire to win or belief,?
at least mitrovic tries… which is more than can be said of them all bar andros townsend

He scores goals  The main reason Newcastle are going down is because of his shit finishing. 5 goals from play in his 22 starts. He’s looked better all season when coming off the bench. It’s nothing to do with playing “good” football. Newcastle’s only good bits of form this season is when he’s been on the bench. This is a fact. And trying to break someone’s leg doesn’t mean that you’re trying btw
