The Barclays Premier League 2015/16™

Absolute stonewall penalty treated like a controversy by Sky. Crap penalty though but it’s hardly lazy as suggested.

Fuck I really hope Leicester beat the absolute snot out of this Villa side

Tim Sherwood is clearly an idiot.

Prick. He was congratulating the ref the other night about making a mature decision when it went his way.

A huge half hour for Leicester’s title challenge here. Failing to convert the penalty leaves Villa still in with a sniff and they’re gradually putting Leicester under a bit of pressure. Leicester have a lot of pace on the break but they haven’t exploited that in the second half so far. Mahrez has been pretty sloppy when they’ve had chance to launch quick counters. 0-1. '64.

That Kante chap in midfield for Leicester is having another superb game.

:+1:

Mahrez missed a penalty in the 0-0 draw at home to Bournemouth two weeks ago. That’s most probably four points dropped in last two weeks courtesy of missed penalties.

Jonjo Shelvey’s pass to set up Newcastle’s second goal against West Ham was Steven Gerrard-esque.

Come home, Jonjo.

I have a lot of time for Jonjo.

@bandage is he a maverick or an assassin

Should never have sold him.

Fucks sake, he’s stone cold useless. Has the odd moment of lucidity and goals, but 90% of the time he’s a liability, Newcastle and Swansea are about his level.

The standard in the Liverpool-Manchester United match is appalling. Misplaced passes, shit technique and so on. 0-0. '26.

FFS sake. The complete absence of technique from Henderson and Milner when they try to shoot is laughable. Manchester United with a right flank of Ashley Young and Jesse Lingard. Christ.

Standard fare for mid table EPL sides, wouldn’t be too hard on them.

Heard some talking heads on Newstalk marveling at Milners stats for km’s covered on the field. Neanderthals.

IS that the “puts himself about” stat?

No, that’s been renamed the Gareth Barry’s yellow cards stat.

Darmian is desperately poor. Does he get his game for Italy?

Two dogshit teams. Liverpool at least creating a couple of chances but United are desperate.
