It would have been great but alas not to be.
Kerry rely so much on Donaghy - went off in the secnd half and went into the dressing room on crutches.
Huge blow.
How are Kilkenny getting on in their quest for Sam this year?
Any info on Donaghy? How bad was it?

Munster Championship not obviously as strong as some would make you believe![/QUOTE]
;), There won’t be a goat milked in Sligo tonight.
The dream is dead. The dream turned into a nightmare many years ago.
I’m genuineley disappointed for Laois football tonight.
laois are the alchoholics of county football, all the ability but no guts, next thing theyll be blamin the manager/trainer but everyone knows what stopped them:pint::D;):D:guns:
Will anyone be able to stop Limerick from winning Sam this year?
Things are looking up for Cork and Dublin is my thinking after yesterdays games. Tyrone don’t fear them anyway, but Kerry truely look fooked and i think Cork or Dublin wouold ruin them now in CP. Some of their players look deadfully off the pace nd they don’t have the guys to replace them. Dara is getting extremely lazy in where he goes looking for ball, and i think he’s living on reputation now. Will O’ Connor have the balls to drop him totally, i think he has to. KIllian Young has turned out to be a very average IC player after all the hype, full back is a disaster area for the animals, Dara is struggling, Sean O’ Sullivan can’t start a game, Donnacha and Tommy Walsh are both grossly over rated and the Gooch has turned into a moany fuck who can’t win his own ball anymore.
Its all about Donaghy, which is sad for Kerry football.
If they got Derry away they will be out.

Well going by your criteria Tipp are still a better team than Sligo because they are in Div.2 while Sligo are Div.3:rolleyes:

Not til Croke park is locked and the bus is out past the red cow on the way home would I relax that we have those Kerry cunts bate kev
Interesting on Kerry, I always think that whether it’s hurling or football, teams just like to do what they have to do at this stage of the qualifiers. There is not always a pressing need to teach the opposition a lesson, and do a proper job on them, sometimes winning the game is enough.
It’s like Galway against Clare, they didn’t play well for large parts, but you can’t then take that performance and compare it to their performance against Kilkenny, where they had to play out of their skins just to barely keep in touch.
Having said that, I was definitely surprised how poor Kerry were, it’s not just that they eased up when way out in front, it’s the sloppiness in their play in the second half, Darragh O’S gave the ball away (OK, under pressure, but it’s Longford pressure) very sloppily at least 3 times in the second half, which isn’t really the type of habit you want to be developing in any game. Another thing there is that I don’t think there was any other Kerry players giving out to O’S on any of these occasions. Things not right, but are they capable of improving? I’d say yes. Will they? Hmmmm…
Come On The Dubs
Peach of a goal from Barry Cahill, only 3 minutes gone but it is looking bad for Kildare…
This is some impressive start from Dublin.
Kildare have held in there though.
Yeah close now obviously. Touch of arrogance about Dublin letting them back into it. Sloppy passing and some lazy running.
Kildare will be hard bet now.
Ger Brennan sent off and kildare draw level…Donnelly doing serious damage
