When: Today: 12:15pm - junction of South William Street and Stephen Street
Appearance: casual - T shirt, shorts, runners
Other notes: As I approached Stephen Street I noticed someone who looked familiar looking at his phone and then back down towards South William Street. He then stopped me and asked “Was this South William Street?”. I confirmed that it was, he thanked me and I then shook his hand to wish him all the best with his Newstalk gig. He then proceeded down South William Street about his business.
