When: April 7th, 2016, circa 11:30am

The Celebrity Spotting Thread Part Twee (or help Flatty identify the celeb he just spotted) (Part 1)
Who: Pathcal Donohoe TD, Acting Minister for Transport
When: Yesterday morning, circa 9.30am
Where: Wicklow St, outside Le Petit Parisien
Demeanor: Smiling cheerily, Pathcal looked like a man on top of the world, no doubt happy at FG outmaneuvering the auld enemy
Attire: A sharp suit/tie combination, stylish shoes and a smart, yet functional jacket. However the ensemble was spoiled by the inclusion of a ridiculous blue beanie hat, which looked old, and gave a buffoonish appearance to an otherwise well turned out minister.
Lomu is dead you clown (RIP).
