When: Five minutes ago.
Details: He got out of the Hyundai i20 (yellow plated) and was paying for parking. His wife/life partner got out with a small dog on the lead. He had a pair of normal glasses and a pair of sunglasses on top of his head. He went back for a rain jacket which was a wise move as an unmerciful shower has just interrupted a sun drenched afternoon. I tried to take a photo but Iād the child roaring at me to put on āLetās Go Crazyā on the stereo and I panicked
