Tremendous the way @Smark handled that situation
The Celebrity Spotting Thread Part Twee (or help Flatty identify the celeb he just spotted) (Part 1)
Work? This is leisure kid.
I hope your leisure gives you great pleasure.
It might be too close to work to be allowed, but Iāll post it anyway. Itāll be interesting to see how the āproximity principleā is applied.
Who: SĆ©amus āCheddarā Plunkett
When: 8:10am
Where: At the LUAS stop outside Heuston Station, Dublin
With: On his own
Wearing: Dark slacks and a jacket
Other notes: I was surprised at how large Cheddar is. Heās a good 6 foot. Iād say heād be well able to throw a dig, and do a bit of damage while heās at it. I was strolling past the LUAS stop when I spotted him. The tram was fairly crowded this morning, but once Cheddar decided he was getting on, he was not for stopping. He managed to force his sizeable frame onto the tram and although other passengers were clearly not impressed, not one of them dared say ābooā to Cheddar
Iāll be amazed if this is a spot. Sure didnāt I see him myself in Heuston station a few weeks ago. I would guess itās part of his daily commute.
A GAA manager is hardly worthy of celebrity status either
Cheddar is no 9 here, in the blue helmet, on the left as the video starts. A gent of a man, but well able to mix it. This one ended badly for him. Thats Camross for you.
Well he has managed a number 1 single selling Irish band as well.
This is what threw meā¦
Was he sweating profusely and wearing a beanie hat too?
No, which meant it took me a second or two to recognise him. Once I saw he was wearing his smigeen, I knew it was him.
Why do you yearn constant attention?
His hair is magnificent is it not?
I yearn your mother. In the meantime, posts on TFK will have to suffice. Ok?
To be fair, it really is.
Its only right he keeps it under a hat, its simply too much to be on show 24/7.
While he is an alright sort, he is not a celebrity. Not a spot.
Wahey!
Decisive. I wonāt argue with that. Interesting to note it was shot down on celebrity / non-celebrity status, as opposed to āgoing to workā.
