Famous For: Being sought after.
Where/When: Today at Cassidy’s filling station in Derrylin.
Attired: In a suit trousers with a pale pink shirt and white collar.
Mood: Ebullient. He put €60 into a black 520 BMW and waved cheerily at Cassidy who signalled “Grand Petey”.
Additional info. I asked Cassidy in a confirmational tone was that Petey - confirmed. I proceeded to fill the kerosene tank on the trailer when to my amazement the flying corner-forward TomĂĄs Corrigan (he of the Fermanagh footballers) and a scion of the Corrigans of Kinawley whizzed in for matters un-deciphered to me.

I think that you’re missing a great chance here @HBV . I’m assuming you’re referring to my “fly-by” spot of Tomás Corrigan. Young Corrigan is one of the Corrigans of Kinawley, as revered in this territory as Donkey Fordes is in Limerick. Corrigans have a fierce appetite for business in a small rural enclave.

They’re not far from the @anon67715551 homeland and of a summer’s day the shout might go out…Fuck this, we’ll go to Kinawley…BBQ’s smoking and drinking and cheering on the Swampies…

And always a chance of a spot of a “person of interest”.
