Itās no different in principle to claiming disability benefit when you arenāt disabled. Itās just taking an awful lot more money than that (half a million this cost the state), and actively disadvantaging ill children if the article is true. It isnāt at all far removed from child abuse if you think of it. It is the behaviour of a complete psychopath. How on earth could anyone justify to themselves withholding care from poorly kids so you can scrape a few extra thousand on top of your hundreds of thousands already?

The OPW are spending a fortune every year paying rent for properties occupied by the public services
