The Celtic tiger part 2

I was chatting to a quite lovely Dublin lass who was working behind the bar in diddiesburys latest hipster joint (as in beer menu and all that shite, thereā€™s a bottle of beer on it for sixteen pounds), anyhow, I asked her what she was doing in manc, and she said there was plenty of work in Dublin, but the rent was too high.

High rent is a wonderful thing chief, donā€™t say a bad word about it.

Itā€™s ok Simon has a plan.
Thereā€™s going to be loads of houses coming on stream in 2020.

This is as good a thread as any

A bed under a stairs in Ranelagh for 750 quid a month

Itā€™d be funny if it wasnā€™t true

You couldnā€™t make it up.

Doesnā€™t say if itā€™s en-suite or shared bathroom. In fairness, itā€™s a new kitchen unitā€¦

The solution to every housing crisis. Build big fuckin apartment blocks in industrial estates. Hand them over to vulture funds whoā€™ll charge extortionate rents while investing diddly squat in local services and amenities.
