Really beginning to motor for us again, the extra body in midfield is really working and Fabregas is no longer a liability in the midfield, he was excellent against United two weeks ago and was very impressive yesterday too by all accounts. Hazard excelling in a more central role too.
The great thing about Conte is his warrior spirit, how many times has he been wrote off in the Chelsea job now only to fight back with the answer.
I think statistically he has the greatest PL match win % for a permanently employed manager. Hard to fathom out the media driven pressure he always seems to get. If he was managing Spurs, they’d be building statutes for him at this stage.
Big game against Liverpool next weekend. We have a fairly decent run of games after that including a visit of Paul Clement’s hapless Swansea. Hopefully Clement will still be in a job for that game.
