That new kid @Cicero_Dandi is very badly informed. Spurs have had one penalty awarded in the EPL all season. They had to wait until 23 December to be awarded what was a stonewall penalty when Bamidele was hacked down in the box at Burnley.
Chelsea have had three penalties awarded in the EPL this season.

Spurs had a penalty awarded this season for a clear and blatant dive from a serial diver who has avoided countless red cards this season for horrendous challenges.
