Saw a stat there that for each of their first 43 games in charge of Man City/Chelsea Sarri has won more games than Guardiola had. Now obviously heâs in the Europa vs. Guardiola was in the Champions League so it was a bit easier to rack up wins but I do think the Premier League has improved a bit since then also

Incorrect. They broke transfer rules on signing players under the age of 18, Liverpool are also serving a domestic ban on youth academy players for similar offences. Chelsea are fully compliant with FFP.
Itâs FIFA who is enforcing the transfer ban. UEFA enforce FFP.
