You’ve to change all your bills every year or you get rode. I change broadband/TV and electricity every 12 months. The broadband can be a pain in the hole. But the electricity is a piece of piss.
If I get a decent discount on the broadband when I ring them to cancel it I’ll let it roll.
I’ve also switched the mortgage. Now that is a cunt. But it saved me thousands

Energia are 36.83 before VAT. With a discount of 23% it becomes circa 31c but there’s folk blindly paying the 40/41c and will no doubt continue to.
A more concerning hidden cost there is the standing charge adding approx €40+ to the friggin’ bill. €40 for nothing - the bastards are gouging the shit out of it.
