Edit - the main advantage of a company (apart from the limited liability and separate legal entity/easier to sell) is pensions. They give owners a real advantage. Sort of like public servants where the pot is effectively uncapped.
Iâm not, rich people use companies and other tax avoidance tricks to pay less tax as a % of their income than the normal PAYE worker. That is so wrong it isnât even funny.
Hit them with fines if their dealings or sales are predominantly to 1 entity. So if joe duffy ltd only sells joe duffy to rte then he should be an employee. Same with contractors who work exclusively for 1 tech company etcâŚ
