I’m blessed because I love the cold. I’d have the windows into my bedroom open probably 330 days of the year

I’m beginning to become suspicious about this wan’s electricity bill.
There’s a bill there for sure but I don’t see the rate or the standing charge outlined either - just a straight uppercut to the jaw.
I don’t have an account with that provider but I’m sure there’s more detail we should be seeing. Surely a business like this would have a dual-tariff meter to facilitate evening usage.
Somebody familiar with a bill from these guys might throw further light on it.

Can you talk me through why Ireland destroyed it’s gas storage facilities and why we are the only country in the whole of Europe not building up gas reserves. Our EU neighbours are killing themselves to build up reserves ahead of winter. I don’t know much about it but i figure sleepy Eamonn is somewhere in the middle of it

I got an Electric Ireland bill yesterday. They owe me €247. I have no idea what people are complaining about.

It’s not like we are on the end of the line or anything. At least all the renewable sources of energy are famously reliable

We get two thirds of our gas from UK

The cost of Lizzing crisis awaits

Can we not just use all the LNG from the terminal at Ballylongford ?
