Was talking to some young couples. Well younger than me anyway. They say their kids, young teenagers, couldn’t be bothered with alcohol. It’s gone to expensive since the minimum pricing.

Cheaper now to have a night out on drugs. Another outstanding performance by our government.

For that to happen, need to egalise, regulate and educate all drugs.

I think the decline in drinking is multi faceted. It’s not a bad thing. Most weekend injuries, fatalities and court appearances are alcohol related.

When cannabis is legalized I expect the decline to accelerate.
