Well, this really all comes down to Julio’s polling system.
If it is the Single Member Plurality “First-past-the-post” system made famous by the IOTM polls that I was instrumental in inventing[in an Al Gore sense] then you are right Dump.
But if Julio has chosen to use the Single Transferable Vote system then at a certain juncture the votes of the lowest scoring option will be added to the remaining option of the voters choosing.
For the record, if Julio does go with this system, my vote will join the “No the once alright sort dunph has been walking around holding NCC’s pocket ala Teabag for too long” camp.
