I’d say probably Liam might have said something offhand to him about his appearance at some point alright.

Need a little time to woke up, woke up

Anyone hear back on the ballot? Supposed to hear back before 9am tomorrow which I assume is when the pre-sale sale starts.

That headline is some scutter… They were a band ffs who played pub rock.

I got that too. I saw other emails for 5pm so hopefully the real fans are being looked after.

He makes a lot of good points there.

His take on the music is bang on in fairness. It’s pub rock at best.

I was puzzled by this bit. Which guitar based artists do “fast” songs? The Undertones? What is a fast song? Commercial dance music from the mid-90s?

But the problem is the music. Oasis don’t do fast songs. Noel plays his guitar as if he’s scared it will break, and Oasis’s funkless, sexless plod is always carefully pitched below the velocity at which fluid dynamics dictate that you might spill your lager. Is there anything more useless than a rock band that doesn’t rock ?

“The Beatles were plodding, none of their songs were fast. Hey Jude, chug chug like a train going slow, Penny Lane, Lucy In The Sky With Diamonds, Strawberry Fields, A Day In The Life, all plodders…”

Now the money is back rolling in, Noel is buying his designer clobber on the high street rather than Panda Boy @Copper_pipe

They’re not a patch on Shed Seven

There was 4 variations of the Beatles tho as the constantly evolved.

Oasis were pub rock from start to finish.
