predictable, race was not mentioned, ethnicity was I am not going to educate you on the difference.
I have not decided what his ethnicity, the answer to that question was determined by his parents. I am of the opinion that the young man be considered Irish-asian.
I note that none of you felt the need to mention his dual status.
Shower of racists.
Please explain to us what ethnicity is.
I might help you along - ethnicity is determined by what culture the person in question chooses to identify with. Its a conscious and personal decision. Has Chin - a person that has lived in Ireland for the entirety of his life and taken an active part in Irish culture - stated anything about being anything other than Irish?

Looks like thereās three of them. Maybe more.
Yeah, I spotted that but was too lazy to edit the postā¦ the point stands, the world is gone hurling mad.
The GAA won recognition from Europe yesterday when the president of the European Parliament Martin Schultz bestowed a prestigious Citizens award for its contribution to society. Hopefully the core values of our game donāt get lost amidst all the hype and international interest and other countries can follow our modus operandi when it comes to promoting excellence in the sporting arena.
The silence from the soccerballs fans in this thread is deafeningā¦

Wonderful hi-jinks on display for the yanks to behold.
Sure Notre dame is known as the fighting Irish, theyād be expecting that sort of stuff, be a shame to let them down for an exhibition
Who won in the end?
Hurling, mate.
Leinster walked it mate, start to finish, they whipped the Limerick spined Munster outfit 51 to 41. Order has been restored to hurling.
Hmmm
