Not sure how you run your rosters here but presuming itās 1QB/2RB/3WR/1TE/1 FLEX. I fully support the option of a TE in the Flex position.

Again, guessing itās 0.5PPR (a la turds last year) Iām OK with this but would advocate raising rushing yards to .15p/yd (as opposed to the standard 0.1) This will help reduce the growing disparity between RBs and WRs. Most mocks now will have up to 8 or 9 WRs in the first round and RBās are facing extinction. Iād like to see the Segunda take a proactive step in preserving the lifespan of the RB.

Not sure if you can adjust this, but Iād propose the draft moving away from the traditional snake draft to a third round reversal style draft whereby Round 3 is reversed from the original āsnakeā draft order, so the person going last in Round 1 gets to go first in Rounds 2, 3 and 4. I believe this helps create a level playing field as the 1.01 spot is infinitely the best slot in typical snake drafts. Waivers ā We typically operate a system where priority is the inverse of the league standings. I believe this system rewards mediocrity. Iād like to see a blind bid waiver system, where GMs submit ābidsā for players from their franchiseās allocated āpot of moneyā. The only above proposal I agree with is the flexibility position including TE.
RB isnāt deep enough to be on an equal positioning as WR and the waiver wire dies not reward mediocrity as much as keep the teams competitive.

The disparity between WR and RB scoring in standard PPR format is increasing every year. PPR was introduced to help WRs catch up to RBs, but as the game is now more pass happy, running backs are criminally under-rewarded in fantasy scoring.
The fact it isnāt deep enough means there should be some form of premium scoring attributed to running backs.
Pick a RB who receives.
I donāt think early down backs who go for 80yds on 16 carries are rewarded fairly. Catching a couple dump passes and going on 30 yd run behind quality blocking garners the same points.
For every one RB that delivers good Fantasy Points there are 3/4 WRS.
Hence the added reward for rushing yards.
