The Harty Cup - The biggest and best hurling competition there ever was, ever!

Nenagh win by a point. Lad texting me said controversial free at end

Nenagh win by 1 pt in a game that looked as if it was going to et. 2nd half not the best but like i said a dog fight.
Flannans win other semi by 5 pts as i expected them to open up in the 2nd half

Probably not a good sign Nenagh gave up such a huge lead that day but the final will be a different occasion.

Seemed a bit knee jerk to bring on Darragh Kennedy today and it fairly backfired in spite of the comeback.

Not great alright, they could have done with him around the middle or marking that Nenagh center forward.

Was nowhere near controversial. The controversy was why he didn’t blow it up a draw before that

Assume the final will be in limerick

He meant that tbf to him. Should have blown up. He said Thurles got a point that was clearly wide so balances out etc

A draw… nenagh were up something like 10 pts at HT. Talisman Doughan went off injured at ht. Flannans as ive referred too numerous times are a 2nd half team. Noted that the 2 teams were particularly strong and said at the time that i wouldnt be surprised if they were to meet again in the final

Where will the final be played… will spike allow the hollowed TUSGG be used or will he have it locked up? Heard that TUS are willing to host it, talks of renting portable stands for the occasion, like they did years ago for the Fitz, at a huge cost.

Bring it down to SuperValu pairc

Hearing spike hid the keys of the TUSGG, teams tossed for home advantage with Flannans coming out on top. Game to be played in cusack park and tyler walsh to officiate.

That should suit the better team which I suspect Nenagh will be.
Nenagh have fond memories of playing there.

All the ingredients of being a classic. Surface looked great the other day. 2 teams that are very strong in all areas and a great ref that should serve us up a humdinger :crossed_fingers:

Halfway through the half

Flannans 0-6
Nenagh 0-3

7-3. Nenagh lucky there’s no black cards there. Flannans well on top. Thomas O Connor has been immense.

Nenagh 0-11
Flannans 0-11

Eoin Doughan starting to have an impact. Nenagh sideline seem to be getting very excited as per the ClareFM comms

11-11 at half time. Doughan came in for some rough stuff earlier but he looks a real player. He got a silencer point before half time which was lovely. Flannans better in the contact- just need to keep the ff line inside more. Nenagh came into it when they mopped up easily at back
