That’s too little but don’t aim for 8 and be frustrating yourself… Aim for 6 hours solid sleep and go from there.
Daily dose of soluble magnesium, leave the phone away at least 2 hours before sleeptime, a good paperback book for at least 30 mins before bed. A few drops of lavender in the room/pillow. You’ll need to be getting a decent amount of physical exercise during the day too, 30 minute walk even.
Lack of sleep and distraction go hand in hand. If you are struggling to get through a day’s work on fuck all sleep and you need to concentrate as part of work… Just front load the day as much as possible and starve yourself. I find I can operate on fuck all sleep once I am hungry… The minute I eat the tiredness kicks in.
