The Irish in Britain

Dave Mooney ex cork city and longford town scored a penalty for colchester last saturday.
adam rooney still appears to be as prolific as ever for inverness in the SPL

Shane Long will do well to keep his professional contract if he continues this bad run of form of his.

Noel Hunt with a goal for Reading tonight…Think he got one at the weekend as well

ex Shamrock Rovers striker Noel Hunt is his full & correct title on this forum you twat

Shane Long with what could be the winner for Reading tonight

Just catching up on the Football League Show from the weekend there and saw John O’Flynn of Exeter capitalise on a pathetic Gary Doherty backpass to score one and then he won a peno later after getting goalside of Doherty and being brought down by the keeper. Doherty did hit the bar with a header later but he’s clearly still an absolute donkey.

Flynny is in flying form at the moment in exeter’s promotion charge
id hope to see him figure in the squad for the friendly game against northern ireland with adam rooney from inverness who cant stop scoring in the SPL

Will he ever make it out of this slump?

I don’t think we’ve tied down Adam Rooney yet. How long is he living in Scotland? They could take him off us as revenge for McCarthy.

He was in England until last season was he not? We could be in trouble if he marries a Scot though. He’s of marrying age now so he is.

Martin Rowlands will make his debut for Milwall this afternoon

Ciaran Clarke playing Centre Half today. Interesting will Santa Cruz cause him trouble.

Isn’t Darren Ambrose of Palace qualified? Scored again today. He’s got a bit about him.

Jaysis, Dean Richards is after dying. I know he’s not Irish but he was fabulous in Champ Man 01/02 so I imagine he made quite an impression on a generation of Irish males. 36 years old. That’s not right at all.

Lee Trundle now plays with Neath in the Welsh Premier League. His Wiki still says that he’s determined to force his way into the Republic of Ireland squad.

Shane Long with a penalty for Reading

His confidence must be shot to bits at this stage. A spell in the reserves might be in order to help him regain some form perhaps.

Hunt scored as well, think that is the 3rd game in a row he has scored in

Let it go MBB, please

Its all he’s got, let him off. He’s like a dog with a bone.

Done his usual disappearing act after Runt rattled him the other day.

Blackburn were cat, never tested Clark or Dunne at all, Clarks best position is definitely centre half and not left full.

Keith Andrews was the worst player on show in the game.
