Heartbreaking here when Magda(Grażyna Szapołowska) spills over the milk. Along with Red, this is Kieślowski at his very best. From part 6 of his Dekalogue 1988, ‘A Short Film About Love’. The music is by longtime collaborater of Kieślowski’s, Zbigniew Preisner, and it’s perfect.

The music in Oldboy is brilliant.
This is my favourite though.
