You just cant stop replying can you. Weird and very sad.
Ill fight any traveller man
Clane has nothing but sardined estates and Straffan is about twice as expensive as anywhere in West Dublin. Stop talking shite.
Apparently they go back to Poland with a door under their arm as well.
Straffan is twice as expensive as castle knock and lucan villages alright
But in case i get accused of leading anyone astray i would urge posters to drive out there and check these places out before buying a house based on my advice. Might not all they are cracked up to be, and dont hold a candle to athy or edenderry.
The whole area from Naas across to Maynooth to Dunboyne must be one of the most overpriced areas in the country for either rents or purchases. Lots of soulless estates with shite houses going for ridiculous prices. And a lot of the rental properties have been rented for as long as they’re built so they’ve been left fall to pieces. Towns & Villages full of people who spend their day commuting in and out of the city with very little sense of community.
So what you’re saying is, it’s no Lucan…
Lucan village within about 50 yards either side of the river looks nice. The other 100 odd square kilometres is a hellhole.
Which is precisely what I’ve been saying all along
What the absolute fuck
Throw up a list of the available properties within 50 yards of the river in Lucan village then. There’s probably about 2 of them at most.
Jesus fucking Christ I can’t believe I missed this. Safe to say he’s extracting the urine at this stage, Athy is dead, there is nothing in the place. As for Edenderry, its a black hole, I believe it had the lowest voter turnout per head in Ireland in the last election. A dead end of a town.
I assume he’s taking the piss?
Well if you weren’t sure, you can be now. Anyone who has ever gone through Athy will tell you what an absolute dead end it has become.
700k - you’d buy half of Limerick for that.
Oh yeah, you can practically see Nidge and Fran coming over the fence to clear out your house.
700k in Limerick gets you this:
