guys,
how many times a day should i cleanse my sinuses with the neilmed saline soulution?
currently i boil some water, leave it cool , then i add it to the squeeze bottle insert the salt and mix.
i then snort it up my nose and blow greenish - yellow lumps of snot into the sink.
currently im doing this twice a day

Once a day for me pal. First thing in the morning, same contraption with the salts. Makes a new man of me.
does this work well? very tempted to buy it
