Why would we need to payout 9bn?
OK. Let’s work backwards ---- Why do the tans payout 9bn to the north currently ---- Go break the figure down first then revise your sums for a UI. Then think about how NI would/could work as part of UI and not the UK … I suspect you’ll arrive at a much lesser figure.
