Jail, having 2 kids with autism,
Nothing stopped him
That’s good character. Little do they realise, or care that their primary role is to rehabilitate an inmate, as opposed to their incarceration.

Not many did. Very few had anything to lose in the 70’s/80’s. Then came the 90’s and everyone afraid of losing their golf membership and yearly holiday to Santa Ponsa.
